By purchasing any SEO service from seotheweb (seotheweb.com), you agree to these Terms. These Terms apply to all monthly plans, one-time services and consulting hours purchased through this website.
seotheweb provides digital SEO services including search visibility audits, organic growth management, technical SEO, link acquisition, content strategy and local search optimisation. All services are delivered digitally. No physical product is shipped.
All prices are in Euro (EUR). Payment is processed securely by Stripe Inc. Monthly plans are billed on a rolling 30-day cycle. One-time projects are billed in full at purchase.
Work begins within 5 business days of cleared payment. Monthly deliverables are specified in the plan documentation agreed at project start. Timeline estimates are good-faith projections and may vary based on site responsiveness and third-party factors.
All SEO work product produced for your project becomes your property upon full payment. Our internal processes, methodologies and tooling remain the exclusive property of seotheweb.
SEO results depend on many external factors including search engine algorithm updates that are outside our control. We do not guarantee specific ranking positions or traffic volumes. Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 3 months.
These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lisboa, Portugal.
