Monthly plans are refundable within 14 days of the first payment if the discovery call has not yet taken place and no work has begun. Once the discovery call has been completed, a partial refund may be offered based on work not yet delivered, at our sole discretion. Monthly renewal payments are non-refundable after the billing date.
One-time services and boost add-ons are refundable within 7 days of purchase if the specific deliverable has not started. Once work has begun, these are non-refundable.
Pre-purchased consulting hours not used within 90 days of purchase are refundable. Hours already used are non-refundable regardless of outcome.
Email hello@seotheweb.com with your order reference and the reason for the request. We respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days via Stripe.
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under Portuguese consumer protection law (Decreto-Lei 24/2014) or applicable EU regulations.
