We work with a limited number of clients at any time. There is no account manager layer between you and the people doing the work. We do not outsource and we do not use automated link schemes.

How long before rankings improve?

Technical fixes show impact in 4-8 weeks. Ranking improvements for competitive keywords take 3-6 months of consistent work. We tell you what to expect at the start, not after you have signed.

What does the monthly price actually cover?

Each level specifies exact deliverables per month. You are not paying for a vague retainer. The scope is documented and agreed before the first invoice.

Do you work with clients outside Portugal?

Yes. About 35% of our clients are based outside Portugal. We work in English and Portuguese. International SEO, hreflang and multi-market strategy are services we offer.

Can I cancel the monthly plan?

Monthly plans require 30 days written notice to cancel. There is no long-term commitment. We prefer clients who stay because the results are good, not because they are locked in.

What reporting will I receive?

Monthly report covering keyword rankings, organic traffic, technical score, completed work items and the plan for the next month. Momentum and Pinnacle clients also receive a monthly strategy call.
