Our story
seotheweb was set up in Lisboa in 2019 by SEO practitioners who got frustrated watching agencies sell strategy documents and slide decks instead of doing the actual work of getting sites ranked.
We have deliberately stayed small. At any one time we work with around 30 active clients. That limit exists so no client ever gets a junior doing their work while the senior team is busy pitching new business. The team that wins your account is the team that runs it.
About 35% of our clients are based outside Portugal. Most find us through referrals, which matters because it means the work speaks for itself.
